Covid Safety Details

As everyone is aware, there has been a recent surge in cases of COVID-19 due to the delta variant. With this in mind, we would like to share some important information prior to our wedding to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

• We are kindly requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated or to get a COVID test no more than 3 days prior to the wedding (of course all are welcome and encouraged to be tested despite vaccination status). If you cannot get tested by your healthcare provider, at-home test kits are available through CVS pharmacy.

• Masks are recommended while indoors unless you are seated at your table or are eating and drinking.

• The ceremony and cocktail hour are both outside so masks are not required (but you should wear one if you are more comfortable).

• The reception is located in a large hall. We have ample room to space tables to accommodate social distancing.

• We have also made arrangements for covered outdoor seating for those who prefer to dine outside. Please contact us if you prefer to be seated outdoors for the reception.

• Families will naturally be seated together, however there will be tables that members of different households will be sharing. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with people outside of your family or group, please contact us and we can accommodate that as well!

Sunriver Resort has also implemented health and safety measures like cleaning protocols to keep guests safe.

This has been a tremendously challenging year for us all, and a particularly challenging time to hold a wedding. We would love for everyone who can to attend and feel safe and secure. For those who are unable to attend we fully understand and send our love.
